What You’ll Do
- Oversee all accounting and finance operations for the company
- Lead and mentor a small team of two handling AR, AP, and daily reconciliations
- Partner with an external accounting firm while transitioning month-end close in-house
- Build internal processes for budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Support a mix of union and non-union employees
- Wear multiple hats and take full ownership of the accounting function
- Report directly to the owner and serve as a key advisor to the business
- Help the company move away from its third-party accounting provider and mature its internal systems
- Play a long-term role in growing and developing the accounting/finance team
Who Thrives Here

- 5 years of experience
- Construction industry experience
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
