Administrative Assistant
Location: Hybrid/Nashville, TN

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will play a critical role in supporting the management team, ensuring that strategic initiatives, meetings, and projects flow seamlessly. This position requires exceptional communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You will act as a key partner to the management team, helping anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all administrative and logistical functions related to the Touring division and the production of the reality TV series "Chasing Stardom-Raw on the Road".
- Prioritize and coordinate communications, emails, and meeting requests.
- Serve as the point of contact between the management team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Attend select meetings, record action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support company operations by helping organize projects, deadlines, and team deliverables.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively anticipate the management team’s needs and act as a strategic gatekeeper and problem-solver.
- Assist in event planning, tours, and logistics related to artist or company initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3 years supporting a management team or senior leader in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to pivot quickly and manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Very Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and representing the company with professionalism.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and operates with a 'whatever it takes' attitude.
- Passion for music, creativity, and supporting visionary leadership.
