A Help Desk Technician is at the heart of our company's operations and is responsible for providing top-notch technical support to both internal teams and external clients. This includes resolving technical problems, implementing hardware and software solutions, and assisting in the overall functioning of IT systems. Responsibilities: Diagnoses and resolves technical hardware and software issues remotely or in person, with the aim of maintaining seamless operations within the company.Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.Investigate, resolve and escalate high priority incidents as necessary, interact with software suppliers and manage service desk tickets in line with agreed service level agreements.Offers continuous support service by providing useful and accurate technical information, reports, and analysis to clients, as well as suggesting innovative IT solutions to enhance other teams' productivity.Prepares, maintains, and updates records and databases regarding software, hardware, and other technical resources within the company. Qualifications: A degree in IT, computer science/engineering, or a related field is preferred.Previous technical support or help desk experience is required.Excellent understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable with multitasking and the ability to manage time efficiently under the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
