Duties
- Operate and maintain sophisticated 4D ultrasound equipment to acquire high-resolution images for non-diagnostic applications.
- Greet expecting parents and their families with high energy, making them feel welcome, comfortable, and excited.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries about our ultrasound packages, and schedule appointments.
- Process payments and actively help drive daily sales goals by explaining package options and add-ons.
- Help clients check in, update forms to current information, and keep the check-in area clean and organized.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including proper operation of medical imaging equipment to ensure client safety and image integrity.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- A warm, outgoing, and dependable personality.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine joy for working with expecting families.
- Basic computer proficiency (for scheduling software and handling payments).
- Flexibility to work evenings & weekends (non-negotiable)
- Experience in healthcare & customer service preferred
- ARDMS or experience with non-diagnostic OB sonography preferred; not required - training will be provided
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
