Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items.
Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently, ensuring all items are presented attractively.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Handle cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
Assist in food preparation as needed, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Work as part of a team to create a positive dining experience for all guests.
Experience
Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
Experience with cash register systems; knowledge of Aloha POS is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
