We’re expanding our auto services operation in the 209 and we’re looking for a field closer who can walk into dealerships, talk to managers, and lock in accounts. No fluff, no babysitting. If you can sell, you’ll eat.
This role is pure commission, built for someone who wants fast money and high upside.
What You Do
- Visit dealerships, used-car lots, rental companies, and small fleets
- Talk directly to Used Car Managers / Recon Managers / Fleet Managers
- Offer our free test exterior detail (easy yes)
- Book test cars (you get paid $10 per booked unit)
- Close accounts and start weekly volume
- Keep your pipeline moving and follow up on hot leads
No cleaning cars. No detailing.
Just straight dealership sales.
Pay Structure (Pure Commission)
$10 per booked test car
(When the dealership physically gives us a unit)
45% commission on the FIRST month of any closed dealership or fleet account
(This is where you get paid big)
Examples:
Close a $2,000 first-month dealership → You get $900
Close a $5,500 first-month account → You get $2,475
Closer-minded reps can easily make $3,500–$10,000/mo with a few deals.
