Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing coaching and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Implement and maintain effective systems for tracking and reporting on inventory levels
- Oversee materials management, including procurement and vendor management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Rigging and material handling equipment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse systems and best practices
