PediCare provides trusted In-home Pediatric Care for infants and children with intensive medical needs. We are a Mississippi based provider caring solely for the children in our beloved state. Private duty nursing provides hourly care to patients where care feels best – in the home.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RN) experienced in providing skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in a home care setting.

Oxford, MS

10p-6a
POSITION TYPE:
Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN position

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRIVATE DUTY NURSE INCLUDE:
- Provide one on one nursing care to pediatric patient in a home setting
- Perform assessments, medication administration and prescribed treatments according to plan of care
- Monitor and manage patient equipment and supplies
- Educate parents, caregivers, and patients

REQUIREMENTS
- Active Nursing License
- Current BLS certification
- Must comply with state background screening requirements
- Current negative TB skin test or negative chest x-ray
- Previous nursing experience - Private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required.
