We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Regional Clinical Marketing Representative to help grow awareness of our services, strengthen referral partnerships, and support patient census development across our clinic network.
Position Summary
The Regional Clinical Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, therapists, payors, community organizations, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate possesses healthcare marketing and sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for serving pediatric patients and families. Medical Sales experience is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase referrals and patient admissions across all clinic locations.
- Work with Pediatrust leadership to build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including:
- Pediatricians
- Children's hospitals
- Neonatal and pediatric intensive care units
- Case managers and discharge planners
- Managed care organizations and payors
- Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners throughout Mississippi and South Louisiana.
- Educate healthcare providers, families, and community partners regarding clinic services and admission criteria.
- Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, community events, support groups, and networking functions.
- Track referral activity and maintain accurate records within CRM and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Assist families and referral sources through the admissions and intake process.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence and business development recommendations.
- Meet established growth, referral, and census goals.
- Collaborate with Social Media providers to maintain and strong online presence.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing, physician liaison, business development, or healthcare sales experience.
- Proven track record of developing referral relationships and achieving growth targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Mississippi and South Louisiana.
Preferred
- Clinical healthcare background (RN, LPN, RT, PTA, OTA, Social Worker, or similar).
- Pediatric healthcare experience.
- Experience in skilled nursing, pediatric healthcare, rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, or specialty clinics.
- Existing relationships within pediatric healthcare networks in Mississippi and Louisiana.
