Design Your Own Career Practice Model:

- Practice exclusively in our community-based Level II NICUs or work in our high-acuity Level III NICUs
- Create a hybrid schedule with exposure to both Level II and Level III settings
- Group shifts together with flexible scheduling options, including 24 and 48-hour shifts
Community Level II NICU Opportunities:
- Manage your own patient population while working autonomously at the extent of your training
- Ideal for NNPs who enjoy autonomy and practicing in community-based settings.
- 4 community level II NICUs available across the East Valley:

- Banner Gateway Medical Center – Gilbert
- Banner Ocotillo Medical Center – Chandler

Starting Pay Range (Base Pay): $122,000-$164,000.
