About The Role
- Provide Coverage at 2 Level III NICUs:
- Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City , a 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29
- Norman Regional Hospital , a 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14.
- Robust Sub-specialty and MFM support
- Services include HFOV and jet ventilators
- 24-hour shifts taken out-of-house – call is taken from home for maximum flexibility.
- 24/7 NNP support
- Work approximately 10 shifts per month
- Join a tenured staff of neonatologists in our 6 physician practice
- Close-knit team culture: Community oriented setting with a private practice feel, yet backed by robust hospital resources.

- Starting salary range starting at $265,000 with annual salary increases.
- First-year guaranteed bonus paid out in monthly installments.
- Year-end annual bonus eligibility
