- 24 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 13 babies
- Over 1,900 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year
- A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs.
- 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night.
- Flexible, 24-48-hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance.
- Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
- Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.
- Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team
- Active research program involved in multiple active clinical trials and multi-site collaborations.

- Minimum of a master’s degree
