Key Responsibilities
- Be present on the floor to identify, address, and resolve operational issues as they arise
- Perform light facility troubleshooting (e.g., reporting maintenance issues, restocking supplies, minor fixes)
- Check in regularly with employees to ensure daily task lists are being completed accurately and on schedule
- Provide updates to management regarding workflow progress, task completion, and any obstacles
- Assist with bill organization, payment coordination, and vendor communication (e.g., invoices, supply orders, service schedules)
- Support the coordination of staff schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Organize and maintain inventory, office supplies, and essential equipment
- Help maintain accurate administrative records, invoices, and documentation
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency, team collaboration, and overall organization
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable being on the floor in a fast-paced environment and assisting where needed
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
