Revenue Cycle Manager for a Multi-Specialty, Multi-Location Healthcare Practice
We are seeking a strategic Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of the revenue cycle across multiple specialties and locations. This role partners directly with executive leadership to strengthen financial performance, improve compliance, and enhance the patient billing experience.
What You’ll Own
Lead full revenue cycle operations from scheduling through final payment
Drive measurable improvements in denials, collections, and days in A/R
Supervise and develop billing and coding teams
Ensure provider documentation compliance and audit readiness
Coordinate external coding audits and implement corrective action
Support executive financial reporting and cost analysis
Strengthen cross-department collaboration to improve revenue performance
What Success Looks Like:Reduced denial rates
Increased clean claim rate
Improved net collections
Strong team accountability
Improved patient satisfaction with billing
Qualifications
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
5 years revenue cycle experience
2 years leadership experience
Professional Coding Certification Preferred
Experience with Medicaid, Tricare, and commercial payers
Strong analytical and systems optimization skills

- Our hours are MonThurs 8:005:00 and Friday 9:002:00.
- Our pay is very competitive and can be structured on a per hour basis or salary rate.
