What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist position at Pediatric Therapy Associates?
Pediatric Therapy Associates is an established multidisciplinary practice providing services in the triangle area. We have a wonderful opportunity for a full time OT to join our team and provide services in our Garner and Cary offices. The schedule for the position is 4 days (Mon-Thurs 8:00-6:30) with Fridays off! New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply. A degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program, and a current North Carolina license are required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current on best practices in pediatric occupational therapy and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding of treatment goals and progress.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of occupational therapy practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
