Job Overview:
Pediatric Therapy Associates is looking for a caring, compassionate, hard working pediatric physical therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We are an established practice with opportunities for growth in a fun, supportive working environment.
The position is fully clinic based in our Cary office, with excellent comprehensive benefits and a generous paid time off policy. The schedule is a 4 day work week with Fridays off (Monday-Thursday 8:00-6:30).
New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply! We offer a comprehensive mentoring program for new graduates.
Duties:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, range of motion, and coordination
- Educate caregivers on home programming and carry over exercises/activities
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid North Carolina licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
