You’ll care for medically fragile and technology-dependent children in a setting that blends clinical excellence with compassion, continuity, and purpose. This is a high-impact, highly visible role working alongside physicians and an interdisciplinary team to deliver meaningful, relationship-driven care every day.

Why This Role is Different

  • Deep, meaningful patient relationships: not quick visits, but ongoing care that makes a lasting difference
  • Pediatric specialization: work with complex, high-acuity cases in a supportive environment
  • Collaborative model: partner with physicians, nurses, therapists, and specialists
  • Mission-driven culture: every decision centers on improving a child’s quality of life

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to pediatric care
  • A strong communicator who connects easily with children, families, and teams
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively
  • Calm, thoughtful, and solution-oriented in complex clinical situations
  • Driven by purpose, not just pace

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Supportive clinical leadership and onboarding
  • The opportunity to build expertise in pediatric complex care
  • A role where your work is seen, valued, and deeply impactful
