We are a privately owned, high-energy pediatric dental practice in Cypress looking for a polished, high-energy, and tech-savvy Patient Experience Lead to assist in taking ownership of our front office.
This is not a traditional front desk or treatment coordinator role.
This position is for someone who brings confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead both patients and team members with clarity and professionalism.
You should be able to keep the front running smoothly, guide conversations around treatment and finances, and step in without waiting to be told what to do.

Responsibilities
- Front Office Leadership and Flow
- Lead daily front office operations including phones, scheduling, and patient flow
Patient Experience and Communication
- Create a welcoming, upbeat, and professional environment
- Answer phones with energy, confidence, and clarity
- Build trust quickly with both parents and patients
Treatment and Financial Coordination
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Read patient accounts accurately and explain balances and insurance to families
- Guide patients toward scheduling and completing treatment
Technology and Systems
- Navigate practice management systems with speed and accuracy
- Manage follow-ups, patient communication, and scheduling systems independently
- Quickly learn and adapt to new technology and systems
Operations and Execution
- Manage a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail
- Troubleshoot issues proactively and bring solutions
- Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative team
- Keep the schedule full, productive, and efficient
- Direct team members when needed to maintain flow and organization
Qualifications:
- High-energy, upbeat, and engaging personality
- Strong communication skills with confidence leading conversations
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Strong understanding of patient accounts, insurance, and financial conversations

Required Experience:
- 5 years dental front office experience (pediatric or cosmetic preferred)
- Experience presenting treatment and discussing financials
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and patient accounts
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
Preferred:
- Open Dental experience
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Clinical background (dental assisting) or strong patient-facing experience

- Schedule stays full and productive, meeting or exceeding goals
- Patients understand their treatment and move forward confidently (80-85% case acceptance)
- Front office runs efficiently without constant direction
- Team stays aligned and supported
- Issues are handled proactively
Compensation and Benefits:
- $23–$28/hour based on experience and exceeding performance goals, plus monthly bonuses tied to exceeding scheduling, performance, organization and follow-through
