Telephone Triage Nurse

Job duties include independently providing telephone triage and documentation in accordance with established protocols, delivery of efficient nursing care, responding to requests for telephonic health advice and providing a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing.
Work Location:
- Hybrid Role includes working both in office with some flexible remote work available
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in pediatric nursing; pediatric telephone triage experience preferred.
- Candidate must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current FL unrestricted RN licensure.
- BLS Certification required.
- Proven superb interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and approach patients, employees, physicians and management in a tactful manner.
- Proven ability to assess and manage work flow using sound judgment and problem solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement change.
- Established success in maintaining composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Salary: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling available during weekdays Monday to Friday
- 18-24 hours/week
- No weekend hours
- No on call
