Pediatric Partners is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our mission-driven team in Fargo, ND, serving individuals across the lifespan. This is a great opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates to grow their careers while making meaningful change for children and families.
What You’ll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll support individuals throughout a lifespan with a wide range of needs—including medically complex, developmental, and behavioral challenges—helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services in clinic and in-home settings
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
- Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use
- Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team
What You Bring
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
- Passion for working with individuals throughout their lifespan and their families
- Pediatric experience (preferred).
