What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ophthalmic Assistant position at Pediatric Ophthalmology?
Our growing Pediatric Ophthalmology practice in Providence and East Greenwich is seeking a confident,self-motivated team member for our practice.
We are a very busy practice with our patients being mostly children of all ages. You must enjoy being around children and have lots of patience. You must also be organized, able to multi-task, willing to learn new skills and have a pleasant personality.
Duties include, but not limited to, all aspects of history taking, visual acuities, sensory and motility testing, IOP checks, contact lens training, visual field testing, OCT testing and assist with ROP examinations.
Our practice is a multi-location practice, you must be willing to work alternately at either location.
