We are seeking a passionate and experienced Development Director to join our team and play a pivotal role in securing the financial resources necessary to support our mission.
Responsibilities:
The Development Director will be responsible for leading and managing our comprehensive fundraising efforts, including individual donor cultivation, major gift solicitation, corporate and foundation partnerships, and special events. You will work closely with the CEO, board members, and staff to develop and implement strategic fundraising initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Passion for the mission of our organization
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fundraising position
- Proven track record of success in securing major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, and special events
- Strong understanding of donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship techniques
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Skilled networker
