We’re looking for a motivated, personable Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is excited to expand their skills across both clinical and aesthetic care.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and prepare patients for exams, treatments, and procedures.
- Take and document vitals, medical histories, and visit details accurately.
- Assist with med spa services, including IV therapy and IM/subcutaneous injections.
- Administer medications and injections under provider supervision.
- Perform basic lab testing and handle specimens.
- Support allergy testing and immunotherapy for pediatric and adult patients.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in the EHR.
- Educate patients and families to ensure a positive care experience.
- Provide occasional front office support (scheduling, check-in/out).
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
- Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting strongly preferred.
- Phlebotomy and IV skills required.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Experience with EHR systems.
