Position Details
- Location: Syracuse, NE (68446)
- Hours:
- Evenings Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:15p - 6p
- Evenings Friday 2p - 6p
- Client Specifics: 13-year old with a g-tube
- Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
- Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
- Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
