Pediatric Home Service is looking for skilled and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to help lead our team This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of client care which includes clinical support, consultation and educational enrichment for staff, clients and families while supporting all caregivers to ensure their professional success in the homecare setting.
THE POSITION:
- Location: Roseville, MN
- Title: RN Supervisor
- Schedule: Full Time
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with rotating evening and weekend on call responsibilities
- License Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with applicable state board of nursing
EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICIATIONS
- Two years of experience working as a registered nurse including pediatric home health experience required.

SALARY RANGE
At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $82,000 to $87,000 hourly which is based on license, experience, qualifications, scheduled hours, and acuity of the client.
