Pediatric RN and LPN- Help Kids Transition Home

Be the Nurse Who Brings Them Home! Some kids don’t just go home from the hospital. They transition home with courage, technology, and a team. We’re looking for compassionate RNs and LPNs who want to be part of one of the most meaningful moments in a child’s life: coming home for the very first time.

At Pediatric Home Service, ournurses provide 1:1 private duty care, helping medically complex children safely transition from hospital to home — where they belong.

POSITION DETAILS

• Location: St. Paul, Woodbury, Brooklyn Center, Cottage Grove, Blaine, and Apple Valley
• Hours: Full Time and Part Time Days, Nights, and Weekends.
• Client Specifics: Kids ages birth-18 years old with g-tubes, trachs, and vents
• Up to a $4,000 Bonus Shift Differentials

Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.

• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): $1/hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): $2/hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): $1/hour

TRAINING & SUPPORT

We’ll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
