THE POSITION

- 1 Full-Time Day Float Nurse
- 1 Full-Time Night Float Nurse
- 3, 12-hour shifts per week (full-time)
- Must be flexible and available 7 days/week
- No overtime permitted

- Assist with bringing children home from the hospital
- Float to homes needing skilled nursing support
- Work with a variety of patients, technologies, and care needs
- Build meaningful relationships with families while delivering high-impact, one-on-one care
The Company

From infants to young adults, we support patients with needs such as trachs, ventilators, and g-tubes—helping them live full lives at home, in school, and in their communities.
Compensation
We offer competitive, transparent pay that reflects the meaningful work you do.
- Pay: Varies by shift, acuity, and assignment (including admissions and weekends), with opportunities to earn up to $34 per hour for LVNs and up to $47/hour for RNs
- Additional differentials available based on shift type and patient needs.

- Current Texas Nursing License, RN or LVN license that is in good standing
- Minimum of 3 year of pediatric nursing and home health experience required.
- CPR certification required; PALS certification preferred.
