- Position: Marketing Specialist
- Location: Roseville, MN
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office, 3 days from home)
THE POSITION: We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and create impactful materials that support sales, advocacy, and employee engagement efforts across the country.
- Sales Enablement
- Create, update, and manage sales collateral and tools that support the national outreach team.
- Partner with sales leadership to understand emerging needs and deliver timely materials to aid in growth and consistency across regions.
- Manage updates to existing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Payer & Government Relations
- Develop clear, compelling advocacy tools (e.g., handouts, presentations, leave-behinds) to support payer negotiations and legislative conversations at state and federal levels.
- Translate complex policy and population data into visually engaging, easy-to-understand materials.
- Ensure all advocacy pieces reflect brand identity and communicate the unique value of PHS’s services for medically complex pediatric patients.
- Human Resources Support
- Design and update tools and collateral that enhance the staff experience, including recruitment, retention, and recognition materials.
- Collaborate with HR team members to deliver projects that strengthen internal communication and employee engagement.
- Collaboration & Execution
- Own projects from concept to final delivery, balancing multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with the Marketing team, including the Digital Specialist, to ensure coordinated efforts across professional and consumer-facing programs.
- Maintain organized project files, templates, and assets for long-term use and adaptation.
- Analyzes marketing programs alongside marketing strategist and provides post-event reports. Reviews current campaigns and makes recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness towards organizational goals.
- Builds campaigns and recommendations that work within the designated budget, tracking progress to ensure alignment throughout the year.
- Technical & Creative Work
- Execute projects using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator with fluency and precision.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials.
- Continuously explore best practices in design and communication to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Mass Communications, Marketing Communications or writing-related field with three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated portfolio of design execution in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in healthcare or advocacy-related design is strongly preferred and will be heavily considered in the hiring process.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment is a plus. This role supports an enterprise-wide team structure across the country.

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
SALARY RANGE:
At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $65,170 to $78,209 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
