• Position: Pharmacy Technician (Compounding)
• Location: Roseville, MN
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:30p
• Requirements: The position requires a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT credentials) and current registration in the state of Minnesota. Excellent organizational, problem solving, communication, and customer service skills are a must. The successful candidate will possess a high level of initiative, follow through, and flexibility. Experience in IV pharmaceutical compounding or the homecare field preferred.

THE POSITION:

We are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As part of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in sterile IV compounding, medication labeling, inventory management, and ensuring that our pharmacy practices meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Compounds medications, labels medications under the supervision of a Licensed Pharmacist

• Sterile IV medication compounding under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Medication labeling and preparation
• Maintaining USP-compliant clean room standards and documentation
• Supporting quality assurance and pharmacy compliance
• Preparing patient orders for shipment
• Assisting with scheduling and coordination of ongoing therapies
• Managing pharmacy inventory and medication ordering
• Reconciling inventory and maintaining accurate records
• Following all Minnesota Board of Pharmacy regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Current Minnesota Pharmacy Technician registration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• IV sterile compounding and/or home infusion experience preferred (but not required)

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high-quality DME and nursing services to medically fragile children since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.

SALARY RANGE:

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The starting rate for this role is $24.00 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
