Position 1
- Location: Auburn, KS
- School Schedule: Monday-Friday 3p-8p and occasional weekends 8a-8p.
- Patient Specifics: 8-year old with a g-tube.
- Location: Topeka, KS (66614)
- Schedule: After school 12p-6p.
- Patient Specifics: 2-year old with a g-tube.
- Location: Topeka, KS (66614)
- Schedule: Days: Wednesday 7a-5:30p (will attend school with patient).
- Patient Specifics: 8-year old with a g-tube.
- Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
- Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
- Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

- Saturday/Sunday Shift Differential, Saturday 12a-Mon 12a: $2.00/hour
