POSITION 1
- Location: Pittsburg, KS
- Schedule: Every Other Saturday & Every Sunday 7a-3p
- Client Specifics: 16-year old with a g-tube
- Shift Differentials of $2 for Nights & $2 for Weekends
- Location: Pittsburg, KS
- Schedule: Friday 6a-6p
- Client Specifics: 2-year old
- Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
- Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
- Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
