Pediatric Haven Therapy, LLC is looking for Full-Time (Hybrid)– Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to care for Autism and medically complex children. Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered Mississippi BCBA license
- At least 1 years of pediatric experience
- Maintain current certification in pediatric CPR
Responsibilities:
¨ Conduct descriptive and methodical behavioral assessments
¨ Implement interventions that target behaviors that are beneficial to client
¨ Design and supervise ethical and practical behavior analytic interventions
¨ Use ABA to develop behaviors and teach new skills, including but not limited to improving social interactions, on task behaviors, maintain behaviors (self-control and self-monitoring), and transfer behaviors from one situation to another.
¨ Develop and implement practical assessments, skill acquisition and intervention methods
¨ Provide training and supervision to RBTs
¨ Provide support during family concerns regarding assessment results, next steps and recommendations
¨ Function in a supervisory capacity and provide manage all areas of programming, including behavioral technicians training
¨ Develop all treatment plans
¨ Be the main point of contact between patients and families.
