Personal Communication Specialist

Position Description:

This position is for the individual who can work in a high-volume scheduling department

in a Pediatric ENT office. The individual must have effective telephone skills, basic

computer knowledge and a professional attitude. Attention to detail and ability to

organize and prioritize tasks are important.

Job Requirements:

 Strong telephone and communication skills

 Ability to schedule appointments in a short period of time

 Strong attention to detail

 Proficiency with e-mail software

 Typing skills

Experience:

 1-year customer service experience in a medical call center.

 Experience using Centricity system (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
