Dental Hygienist (Part-Time) Cumming, GA
Schedule: Part-time, 2–3 days/week, must include Fridays; once a month at our Suwanee location

So before you read the rest, here's the honest part: one thing is required, you must have an active Georgia RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) license. Beyond that, experience is nice, but it's not the deciding factor.
I'd genuinely rather train someone newer to the field who's motivated, kind, and curious than hire someone experienced who's just going through the motions. Technique can be sharpened. A genuine bedside manner can't be taught nearly as easily.

What you'll do
- Perform prophylaxis (cleanings), scaling, and periodontal assessments
- Take and process x-rays
- Apply fluoride and sealants, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene
- Update charts and flag anything the doctor should look at
- Give patients and parents a calm, reassuring experience

Requirements
Active RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) license in Georgia required. Beyond that, prior pediatric experience is nice to have but not the deciding factor. We train thoroughly and expect growth, this is a place to build real skills, not just clock in.
