We are seeking a Hospital Coordinator to help manage and coordinate care for children requiring treatment in the hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Coordinate hospital and surgery schedules
- Communicate with families regarding hospital appointments and requirements
- Obtain and organize medical clearances and necessary documentation
- Work with hospitals, physicians, anesthesiologists, and insurance providers
- Ensure treatment plans, consents, and records are complete and accurate
- Track cases from scheduling through treatment completion
- Serve as a compassionate point of contact for families throughout the process
