What You'll Do
- Welcome every patient and family with a warm, friendly smile
- Be the first point of contact and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance and assist with patient registration
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
- Communicate with parents regarding appointments and treatment needs
