This role is the first impression of our practice — greeting families, managing schedules, and keeping our systems running smoothly. We need someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to follow proven systems while also thinking critically and staying one step ahead.
What You’ll Do:
- Patient Experience: Greet and check in patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Scheduling & Communication: Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up calls while keeping the day’s flow on track.
- Systems & Organization: Follow established office systems for check-in, check-out, insurance verification, and payment posting.
- Financial Responsibility: Accurately collect and post payments, review accounts, and ensure financial agreements are properly managed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical team to coordinate patient care and keep communication clear and professional.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Qualifications:
- Previous dental/medical front office experience preferred, but not required if you are motivated and quick to learn.
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
