Position Overview
The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive pediatric dental care while fostering a calm, engaging, and reassuring environment for young patients. You will work closely with a collaborative and experienced clinical and administrative team to ensure seamless, compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental services, including exams, cleanings, crowns, sedation, and emergency care
- Create a positive, educational, and comforting experience for children and families
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical and front-office team to maintain high standards of patient care
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD with pediatric dentistry training or board certification
- Proficiency in behavior management, sedation, and a broad range of pediatric procedures
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong communication skills
