What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant EFDA or EFDPA position at pediatric dental at bridgeport?
Our pediatric dental office in Bridgeport Village is looking to add an outstanding dental assistant to our team! A candidate should be detail-oriented, have great people skills, highly motivated and a team player. If you genuinely enjoy helping others, and exhibit a warm welcoming personality. We love taking care of our patients and pride ourselves in providing high quality dentistry for kids of all ages. Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during pediatric dental procedures.
- pediatric prophylaxis.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the pediatric dental setting.
- Assist in educating patients and families on proper oral hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care in a pediatric dental practice.
-Some front office duties. Cross training will be provided.
Requirements
-Minimum 1 years of dental assistant experience required.
- Expanded Function Dental Assistant or EFPDA certificate required.
-Radiology certificate required.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
