What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team of friendly dental professionals
- Oversee accurate and timely billing and insurance processing
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and families
- Manage daily office operations with a smile
- Help create a positive and friendly environment for both staff and patients
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience in billing, insurance, or office management
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for working with children
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of recent and relevant experience working in the Dental field required. Experience as licensed Hygienist or long-term Dental Assistant is helpful.
- Previous dental billing experience
- Past office management of three or more employees and demonstrated leadership capabilities required
- Proven customer service and scheduling experience required
- Knowledge of Dental terminology, insurance codes and Dentrix Software preferred
- Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities
- Must possess a high level of flexibility and tolerance to adjust to changes in work loads and assignments
- Ability to speak fluently in Spanish is preferred
- Valid driver’s license is required
