What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic Lead/LPN/RN/CMA position at PEDIATRIC CENTER FOR WELLNESS PC?
The Pediatric Center for Wellness is seeking a dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our patients. This role will support the Care Team and will be responsible for recording patient's medical history and providing emotional support for patients and families when needed.
- Works with Providers and patients to resolve questions concerning medications, health education, and medical advice within skill level and scope.
- Monitor patients' condition and assess needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- According to physician's orders electronically fax/fill prescriptions
- Observe and interpret patient symptoms and and communicate them to the Care Team of Providers
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure, administering injections) and documenting patient charts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
- LPN
- RN
Qualifications:
- Georgia License
Preferred:
- Outpatient Experience
- One Year of Pediatric Experience
Salary : $20 - $25
