You will be stepping into a role that is empowering, stimulating, and rewarding. As an RBT, you will operate under the guidance of one of our esteemed Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Your role will be instrumental in implementing various instructional programs for clients diagnosed with autism spectrum or a related disorder. Not only will you prepare appropriate materials, but you will also provide regular updates and consults with the patients treatment team.

What does a day in your shoes look like at PediaPlex?

Your list of responsibilities is diverse and enriching, which include:

• Implementing individualized instructional programs
• Preparing materials as required
• Supporting clients across multiple settings in the clinic
• Collecting daily progress data and consulting with the team.
  
  

You Bring To The Table

• Minimum high school degree and must be 18 years or older
• Satisfactory completion of training program in autism interventions (Provided by PediaPlex)
• Registered Behavior Technician certification from the BACB (Able to obtain while at PediaPlex)
• CPR Certification
• Experience working with individuals with Autism and developmental Disabilities (preferred)
