We are seeking an Electric Bike Mechanic and Sales person to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electric bike as well as participating in the activities of the store including sales, tours, rentals, and service.Responsibilities:Repair and Maintain Electric BikesMaintain and grow customer baseTrack supplies needed in service areaTrack monthly results and trends for business forecastingResolve escalated customer complaints Sell Electric Bikes to interested customersAnswer phones and help with daily workflowGive Tours when neededQualifications:Previous experience as a bike mechanic is desired but if you are mechanically inclined we are able to teach the right personAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and communication skillsPersonable and jovial attitudeTeam mentality nothing is above or below any of us, We do the work to serve our customers.
