Our flagship restaurant, the Cock 'N Bull, is looking for a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our team and drive hospitality excellence. What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service periods
- Inspire a warm, welcoming, and team-driven atmosphere that guests experience from the moment they arrive.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Manage scheduling, floor operations, and daily service flow
- Train, coach, and develop team members to perform at their best
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth communication and execution
- Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations to provide a safe working environment for the team and dining environment for guests.
- Monitor labor, sales, and operational performance goals, to optimize cost control measures and maximize profitability.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of restaurant management experience (banquet/event experience a plus)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Hands-on leadership style — you lead from the floor, not the office
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Serv Safe Certified or the ability to become certified upon hire
