Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Develop new beverage recipes and suggest menu enhancements to keep offerings fresh and exciting
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and balance cash drawers at shift end
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple responsibilities
- Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and proper alcohol service practices
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts using strong organizational skills
- Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
