Description: The Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communications. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers, building rapport, identifying needs, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, customer-focused, and driven by results.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries in a timely and professional mannerRespond to leads generated from digital marketing, phone calls, walk-ins, and third-party sourcesQualify prospects by understanding customer needs, budget, timeline, and interest levelSchedule and confirm appointments for the sales teamMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRMFollow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and re-engage inactive customersMeet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals (calls, appointments, show rates, conversions)Work closely with sales managers and representatives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leadsStay knowledgeable about company products, services, promotions, and pricingProvide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally at all timesRequirements:Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, or BDC role preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quicklyExcellent listening and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer applicationsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelySelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachableProfessional attitude with a strong work ethic
