Description:Pedder Auto Group is currently seeking an experienced Office Clerk to join our accounting team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who understands the unique pace and compliance requirements of the automotive industry.This position requires prior dealership experience. Please only apply if you have worked in an automotive accounting office setting.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:Processing Aftermarket Cancellations (Gap, VSC, Maintenance, etc.).Handling Accounts Payable & Receivable.Managing daily Deposits and cash clearing.Assisting with Inventory management (stocking in vehicles, dealer trades, etc.).General administrative support for the Controller/Office Manager.Requirements:Must have previous Automotive Dealership experience.Experience with Tekion DMS is strongly preferred.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
