Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee all aspects of community operations. This individual will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, increasing revenue, controlling expenses, ensuring compliance, and leading a team committed to excellence.
Weekend availability is required.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of apartment industry experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience
- Active Property Manager's License required
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong oral, written, and electronic communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional designations such as CAM, CAPS, or HCCP are highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily property operations
- Lead and develop onsite team members
- Maximize occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth
- Monitor budgets and control expenditures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Maintain the physical and operational integrity of the community
- Foster a positive resident experience and strong community reputation
- Coordinate resources, personnel, and activities to achieve ownership objectives
