Apartment Maintenance Technician
Reserve at Ridgewood is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a "can-do" mindset who takes pride in delivering quality work every day.
What You'll Do
- Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
- Maintain the appearance and upkeep of community grounds
- Complete drywall repairs and painting projects
- Perform general plumbing and electrical repairs
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Appliance repair experience is a plus
- Plumbing repair experience is a plus
- HVAC experience is a plus
- CPO certification is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain professional and solution-focused under pressure
- Weekend availability required
- Shared on-call participation required
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required
