What You'll Do
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Complete general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction repairs
- Maintain community grounds and assist with debris removal
- Handle larger maintenance projects as assigned
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and team members
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC experience required
- HVAC Certification required
- CPO Certification preferred
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general maintenance repairs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Ability to work occasional holidays
